W Residences Dubai Harbour – Tower 3

W Residences Dubai Harbour Tower 3 is an off-plan branded residential tower developed by Arada in partnership with Marriott International's W Hotels brand. It forms part of a three-tower complex at Dubai Harbour offering 1–5BR apartments, duplexes, and rooftop penthouses. It is one of the few fully branded luxury residential projects on Dubai's seafront.

The developer is Arada, one of the UAE's fastest-growing real estate companies, in collaboration with Marriott International under the W Hotels brand. Arada has an active portfolio across Dubai and Sharjah. The W Hotels partnership brings internationally recognised hospitality standards directly into the residences.

Tower 3 offers 1–4 bedroom apartments, 2–4 bedroom duplexes, and signature 5-bedroom penthouses including rooftop layouts with private pools. A presidential suite is also available. Each unit is designed with W Hotels' distinct aesthetic and marina-facing orientations.
