The tower sits adjacent to the original DAMAC Bay by Cavalli, forming a twin-tower branded enclave on the Dubai waterfront.

The project is located in Dubai Harbour, a premium waterfront district positioned between Palm Jumeirah and Bluewaters Island. Residents have direct access to the Arabian Gulf and are within minutes of Dubai Marina, JBR, and Sheikh Zayed Road. The location is also close to the existing DAMAC Bay by Cavalli tower.
