About This Project
Trio Isle — Queen B Edition is a boutique tower of just 177 residences on Al Marjan Island, with interiors designed by Italian fashion house Missoni — one of very few fashion-branded residential projects in Ras Al Khaimah. Developed by Durar Group and OCTA Development, the building offers 166 one-bedroom apartments (682–850 sq.ft) and 11 three-bedroom units (2,845–2,945 sq.ft), delivered with Bosch white goods, ceiling heights up to 3m in living rooms, and a private 240m waterfront. The tower sits directly on Al Marjan Island's shoreline with over 30 amenities across three levels: a 5,112 sq.ft saltwater pool, a rooftop catwalk, pier restaurant, beach gym, male and female spas, beach volleyball court, co-working space, and a Missoni-style rooftop catwalk found nowhere else on the island. Four retail units occupy the ground floor. Wynn Al Marjan Island — a USD 5.1 billion resort — is a 5-minute drive away. Apartment prices across Ras Al Khaimah rose 17–21% annually in 2024–2025, with Al Marjan Island averaging AED 2,645 per sq.ft in Q1 2026. Entry here starts at AED 1,848,000 with a 60/40 payment plan and a 5-year post-handover option. Handover is Q3 2029, two years after Wynn opens — giving buyers a clear demand catalyst before completion.
