MoonStone

MoonStone is a luxury resort residential complex on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, developed jointly by OCTA and Durar F5. It comprises chalets, 1–3 bedroom apartments, duplex-penthouses and private villas across 16 residential floors. Interiors throughout are designed by Italian fashion house Missoni.

MoonStone offers five distinct residence types: studio-style chalets from 345–463 sq ft with private pools, 1–3BR apartments from 800–2,865 sq ft, and ultra-exclusive 5BR duplex-penthouses of up to 5,636 sq ft. There are also six 4BR private villas of up to 5,651 sq ft, each with a terrace, private pool and sunbathing deck.

Prices at MoonStone start from AED 1,300,000, making the chalets and one-bedroom apartments the most accessible entry points. Duplex-penthouses and four-bedroom villas are positioned at the premium end of the range. A flexible payment plan is available for all unit types.

MoonStone is scheduled for handover in Q4 2026. The project is currently off-plan and under construction on Al Marjan Island. Buyers who purchase now benefit from the flexible payment plan structured across the construction period.
