Serenity Mansions

Serenity Mansions is a collection of ultra-luxury 6–7 bedroom standalone mansions located in Tilal Al Ghaf, Dubai. It is developed by Majid Al Futtaim Properties, with architecture by Nabil Gholam Architects and interiors by BLINK design studio. Landscape design is handled by Desert INK, a multi-award-winning landscape architecture firm.

Serenity Mansions includes several distinct collections: the first phase features Luna, Ayla, and Ara mansions ranging from 11,730 to 12,720 sq. ft; the Waterfront Collection offers 7-bedroom villas of 17,760 sq. ft designed in collaboration with SAOTA; and the Aurora Collection, launched in May 2024, adds 16 further mansions each with private swimming pools.

Every mansion in Serenity Mansions can be extensively personalised. Luna basement floors can become a spa, cinema or library, while the second floor can function as a gym, rooftop lounge or office. Waterfront Collection buyers can choose MOMA or Uffizi interior styles and designate rooms as a Japanese tearoom, art studio, private cinema or music lounge.

Ayla mansions measure 11,730 sq. ft, Luna mansions measure 12,050 sq. ft, and Ara mansions measure 12,720 sq. ft. The Waterfront Collection villas are the largest at 17,760 sq. ft. All residences include private outdoor swimming pools, elevators, maid's rooms and driver's rooms.

Prices for Serenity Mansions start from AED 27,000,000 for a 6–7 bedroom mansion in Tilal Al Ghaf. The project is off-plan and available with a 60/40 payment plan, meaning 60% is paid during construction and the remaining 40% is due upon handover in Q4 2027.
