Palace Villas – Ostra is a luxury villa community developed by Emaar Properties at The Oasis in Dubailand. The interiors and design concept were created in collaboration with Palace Hotels & Resorts, bringing a hospitality-grade standard to private residences. It follows the complete sell-out of Address Villas Tierra, making it the final villa release within The Oasis master community.
