Omniyat Vela is a 150-metre ultra-luxury residential tower on the Dubai Water Canal in Business Bay, developed by Omniyat. Designed by Foster + Partners with interiors by Gilles & Boissier, it offers just 38 exclusive residences across 30 floors. Residence types include 3-4BR Marina and Sky Residences, 4BR penthouses, and a one-of-a-kind 5BR Sky Palace.

Residences at Omniyat Vela start from AED 30,000,000, reflecting the project's ultra-luxury positioning and extreme scarcity with only 38 units in total. The 5BR Sky Palace spanning 22,992 sqft across three floors commands the highest price point in the building.

Marina Residences offer 4,253–7,374 sqft across 3-4 bedrooms, while Sky Residences range from 6,302 to 8,462 sqft. The 4BR penthouses span 11,048–11,727 sqft, and the exclusive 5BR Sky Palace covers 22,992 sqft with private terraces, two pools, a private gym, and a majlis.

Omniyat Vela is scheduled for handover in Q4 2026. The project is currently off-plan, and buyers can secure a unit under a 60/40 payment plan — 60% during construction and 40% on completion.
