The Symphony by Imtiaz

The Symphony is an ultra-luxury mixed-use tower developed by Imtiaz in Meydan Horizon, MBR City, Dubai. It was co-designed with Zaha Hadid Architects and features a fluid glass façade inspired by Al Sadu and Al Talli craft heritage. The tower includes fully furnished residences, Grade A offices, and premium retail space.

The Symphony was designed in collaboration with Zaha Hadid Architects, the globally recognised firm known for sculptural, fluid architecture. The building's geometry draws inspiration from traditional Al Sadu and Al Talli weaving crafts, giving it a distinctive cultural identity. Zaha Hadid-branded developments have historically commanded a 25–30% price premium over standard comparable projects.
