The Arthouse

The Arthouse is a luxury residential development by Aldar Properties, Abu Dhabi's largest listed developer. It comprises 281 residences inspired by the concept of a private members' club, located in Saadiyat Grove on Saadiyat Island. Interiors are designed by the internationally acclaimed firm DiLeonardo.

The Arthouse offers 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments alongside just two exclusive 5-bedroom duplex sky villas. Unit sizes range from 1,023 sq. ft for a one-bedroom apartment up to 13,864 sq. ft for the sky villas. Select 2-bedroom units include maid's rooms or studies, and all 3-bedroom residences feature dedicated staff quarters.

Residences at The Arthouse start from AED 3,300,000. The project offers a 65/35 payment plan, meaning 65% is paid during construction and 35% on handover. Given the Saadiyat Island location and Guggenheim-facing views, pricing reflects the premium positioning of the development.

The Arthouse is scheduled for handover in Q1 2025. The project is developed by Aldar Properties, which has a strong track record of delivering projects on Saadiyat Island. Buyers on the 65/35 plan will pay their remaining 35% upon receiving their keys.
