Résidences Du Port is Dubai's first Marriott Autograph Collection residential project, developed by FIM Partners and Prime Marina Group in Dubai Marina. It comprises just 74 branded residences — apartments, duplexes, triplexes, and penthouses — with interiors by award-winning LW Design. Residents receive bespoke à la carte hotel services managed under the Marriott brand.

The project sits directly on the Dubai Marina waterfront, one of Dubai's most established coastal addresses. Residents have walkable access to the Marina Walk, Dubai Marina Mall, and JBR Beach, with Sheikh Zayed Road connecting quickly to Downtown Dubai and key business districts. Yachting facilities are accessible from the marina itself.

FIM Partners and Prime Marina Group offer a 50/50 payment plan — 50% during construction and 50% on handover. With Q4 2025 handover scheduled, the construction-phase commitment is relatively short, making the plan straightforward for both end-users and investors.

Handover is scheduled for Q4 2025, making this one of the nearer-term branded residence opportunities currently available in Dubai Marina. Buyers who sign now are looking at a relatively short wait before taking possession of a fully fitted, Marriott-serviced home.
