Mira Villas is a collection of 36 ultra-luxury residences in District 11, MBR City, developed by Mira Developments. It is the world's first villa community with interiors fully designed and furnished by Bentley Home. The project comprises 27 five-bedroom villas and nine five-bedroom mansions.

Residences at Mira Villas start from AED 27,000,000 (approximately USD 7.35M). Villas measure 7,212 sq ft while mansions span 15,000 sq ft on plot sizes ranging from 5,134 to 9,100 sq ft. A 50/50 payment plan is available directly through Mira Developments.

Buyers can personalise their residence by choosing from three Bentley Home design directions: Traditional, Formal, or Contemporary. All three styles reflect the signature lines and silhouettes associated with the Bentley automotive brand. Furnishings are included and sourced from heritage brands such as Christofle, Lalique, Frette, and Gaggenau.
