ENTA Mina is a boutique beachfront residential development on Hayat Island, Ras Al Khaimah, co-developed by HIVE and RAK Properties. It comprises just 119 apartments — studios, 1BRs, and 2BRs — ranging from 348 to 1,418 sq. ft. The project combines a minimalist design ethos with a strong community-living concept anchored by 2,000 sqm of co-working space.

ENTA Mina sits on Hayat Island, a master-planned waterfront destination within Ras Al Khaimah. The island offers direct access to a public beach and a waterfront promenade. Dubai is approximately 45 minutes away by car, making it accessible for commuters or weekend residents.

Apartments at ENTA Mina start from AED 896,000. Studios and 1-bedroom units require an expression of interest deposit of AED 50,000, while 2-bedroom apartments require AED 100,000. EOI collection is currently open, and the project is in an off-plan phase.
