Prices at Avida Residences start from AED 1,790,000 for 1-bedroom apartments. Larger 4-bedroom residences and penthouses are priced higher, reflecting their private amenities such as individual infrared saunas. Buyers who select the 60/40 payment plan receive a 3.5% discount off the purchase price.

Avida Residences offers 1- to 4-bedroom apartments ranging from 816 to 2,600 sq.ft., along with penthouses starting from 2,577 sq.ft. Penthouses come with private infrared saunas as a standard feature. The entire project is capped at 50 units, making every residence part of a genuinely limited collection.

IQUNA Properties offers two payment structures: a 70/30 post-handover plan where 70% is paid during construction and 30% after keys are handed over, or a 60/40 plan that includes a 3.5% discount on the total purchase price.
