Vision Iconic Tower

Vision Iconic Tower is a 78-storey, 360-metre branded residential skyscraper in Meydan, Dubai, developed by Binghatti Developers in partnership with Mercedes-Benz. The tower contains 1,424 residences ranging from one-bedroom apartments to five-bedroom duplexes and Royal Suites. It forms part of the wider Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City masterplan built around a 65,000 sq. m central park.

The tower offers 1BR, 2BR and 3BR apartments, four- and five-bedroom duplexes and Royal Suites across 78 floors. Home sizes range from approximately 837 sq. ft for a one-bedroom to 3,776 sq. ft for the largest layouts. There are also 27 retail units within the building, adding commercial activity to the community.

Prices start from AED 2,250,000 for a one-bedroom residence. Larger units including four- and five-bedroom duplexes and Royal Suites are priced higher depending on floor level and layout. The project is offered as off-plan with a structured payment plan linked to construction milestones.

Vision Iconic Tower follows a 5/35/60 construction-linked payment plan. Buyers pay 5% on booking, 35% in staged instalments tied to construction progress and the remaining 60% on handover in Q3 2028. This structure keeps initial capital outlay low while the project is being built.
