NH Collection Ras Al Khaimah by RRS

NH Collection Ras Al Khaimah is a 12-storey branded hotel and residence development on Al Marjan Island, developed by RRS International Development. It is the first NH Collection property on the island, comprising 121 hotel rooms and 36 fully furnished branded residences. The project has received recognition from the Architecture Leaders Awards 2025 and Arabian Property Awards 2025–2026.

The development offers four unit categories: Hotel Standard Rooms (409–747 sq. ft.), Hotel Luxury Suites (896–959 sq. ft.), 1-Bedroom Smart Residences (409–743 sq. ft.), and 1-Bedroom Luxury Residences (855–953 sq. ft.). All 157 units are delivered fully furnished with NH-branded interior packages. Select residences include private two-seater Jacuzzis and furnished balconies.

Hotel rooms start at AED 1.6M and 1-bedroom branded residences start at AED 1.8M. Prices vary depending on unit type, floor level, and view. The project is positioned as a mid-to-premium entry point for branded hospitality real estate on Al Marjan Island.

RRS International Development offers a 20/50/30 construction-linked payment plan. Buyers pay 20% on booking, 50% during construction milestones, and the remaining 30% on handover in Q4 2027. This structure allows investors to spread capital commitment across the build period.

Handover is scheduled for Q4 2027. The project is currently off-plan and under active development on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. Buyers purchasing now benefit from early-stage pricing and the full 20/50/30 payment plan.

Al Marjan Island's proximity to the Wynn Resort is expected to drive significant visitor numbers and short-term rental yields from 2027 onward.
